Following the clinical system change over, all patients using online services will be required to re-register for this service using the NHS app from Friday 1st March 2024. Please follow the link for step by step instructions – How to register with the NHS app.
TIP: Once you are logged into the NHS app, you will be prompted with a page requesting linkage key, O.D.S code and account I.D. If you scroll down this page and select “No – try another way” you will be asked to verify by providing ID. This will then link to the practice without the need of the linkage key (screenshots below).
